Today’s picture is about why I take pictures. I take pictures for the memories nothing more nothing less. Each photo on this wall captures my families favorite recent memories. The birth of my daughter started my interest in photography and now eleven years later, I have transitioned from simple point and shoot to a complex DSLR. This 365 challenge is a way for me to transition from snap shots to true photo’s with all of the elements composition, mood, and light. While snap shots can hold your memories, I think that a well done photo is worth the time it takes to learn the craft.
Today’s shot edited in photo shop using Duo-tone mode.

Love your simple reasons for taking pictures and the recognition that it’s worth the time to capture beautiful images. So glad you’re on this journey!
Great to see another 365er. You have got some excellent work so far. Keep it up!
